Student & Short Term Summer Accommodation

Section 50 of the Finance Act, 1999 provided for a scheme of tax relief for rented residential accommodation for third level students.  The purpose of this initiative was to provide additional rented accommodation to relieve current supply pressures in the private rented sector.

Winters Property Management Limited has considerable experience in managing Section 50 developments and presently manage Gort na Coiribe, Centrepoint and Glasan, offering a total of 1512 bed spaces for students during the academic year - September to May.
 
At the end of the academic period, these complexes are fully turned over and revert to short term summer accommodation for the months, June, July and August of each year.  Apartments & Houses are available for weekly or monthly lettings.  With excellent locations, great on site facilities and superb rates, these complexes offer a great alternative for budget accommodation.
