Winters Property Management efficiently manage and maintain a number of student accommodation villages including Gort na Coiribe, Centrepoint and Glasán facilitating students during the academic year - September to May. All properties are purposely designed for student living with close proximity to college and study facilities.
At the end of the academic period, these complexes are fully turned over and revert to short term summer accommodation for the months, June, July and August of each year. Apartments & Houses are available for weekly or monthly lettings.
