Winters Property Management Ltd has been employed as Managing Agents to our Management Company, “Oranhill Property Management” for the past 8 years.    From my own experience I have found them to be very responsive to the needs of the residents. I have just moved out of one of your Dun na Coiribe houses and I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for all your help.  Winters have been a pleasure to deal with – any maintenance issues we had were dealt with really quickly and there was always someone to help no matter how big or small our problem was.  I have recommended Winters to all my friends as the excellent service you provide made renting stress and hassle free which was a weight off my mind.

Having searched the country assessing student accommodation, we found the Glasan Accommodation Complex in Galway to be the perfect role model. The website was very informative and upon contacting management they were very welcoming.  The appearance of the estate is immaculate with standards been kept very high. I would have no hesitation in recommending “Glasan” to any student. For location, price, quality of service and professionalism look no further than Glasan Accommodation.

Since 2010, Glasán has been the official Galway residence for the Summer Music in Galway International Summer Music School and Festival which is celebrating its 20th  Anniversary Season in 2013.  There has been unanimous agreement that the move to the Glasán residence in Galway, with its fully-equipped and well-maintained facilities, has provided an excellent base for the enjoyment of the superb advantages of Galway City and County.

I have been doing business with Winters Property Management for the last 10 years and I have found them very professional and efficient.
